May 2026 - Upcoming TRMS sign-out update
On 28th of May 2026, we will roll out an update to TRMS across all regions during local overnight hours. As part of this update, all active TRMS sessions will be signed out automatically.
Most operators and staff will simply need to log back in when they next access TRMS. To help avoid delays, we recommend reviewing your account details before the update reaches your region.
Confirm which email is connected to your TRMS account
To check which email address is connected to your account:
- Click your name in the left-hand menu.
- Open your profile page.
- Your email address is displayed below your name at the top of the page.
Make sure you can sign in
We also recommend:
- Confirming you know your password
- Logging in successfully before the update
- Reviewing any older Google sign-in setup if applicable
If you previously used Google sign-in with TRMS, you may want to review the updated login flow before the release.

Shared accounts and access management
If multiple staff members are currently sharing the same TRMS login, we recommend creating individual accounts.
Using individual accounts helps range administrators manage access more securely and makes it easier for staff to recover access if passwords are forgotten.
Range administrators can add new users directly in TRMS and control who has access to the platform.

What else to expect
This update is part of ongoing improvements to the TRMS platform and login experience. The sign-out will happen automatically overnight in each region and no additional action is required beyond signing back in afterward.
